Fundraising Opportunities and Information

Target Field Fundraising

SAHA families have the opportunity to participate in fundraising at Target Field through Tartan Area Youth Enrichment (TAYE).  This is a great way to subsidize YOUR family's hockey costs.  Funds earned this summer can be used to offset 2012-2013 hockey registration fees and team fees.  

If you are interested in doing this, you MUST attend a training session.  Please see the documents to the right for more information regarding the program and training dates & times.

There are two different trainings this year.  One for RETURNING volunteers, and one for NEW volunteers, so when looking at the training sessions, please be sure to look at the right group depending on if you are a new or returning volunteer.

MinneSalsa Fundraiser

 This is the process ffor the MinneSalsa fundraiser:

  •  Meeting with Coaches/Managers
Fundraising information will be distributed
Program is administered 100 % by MinneSalsa (Managers collect the order and ensure funds at delivery)
 
  • Coach/Manager meeting with Parents
Team will establish their Team Fees for the year
MinneSalsa Fundraiser will be offered to Parents by Coach/Manager
¨      Pass out program description to Parents (MinneSalsa brochure below)
¨      Parents need to commit to Manager whether they will write check or participate in fundraising effort.
¨      Manager will collect the names and information of the Fundraising group and turn in form to MinneSalsa (MinneSalsa order form below) and email to www.MinneSalsa.com.
¨      Note: Initial order will be 3 cases/$180
 
  • MinneSalsa will collect the order forms by Team
A confirmation email will be sent to each Manager to confirm order.
MinneSalsa will confirm delivery date to each Manager (within 10 days of order).
              
  • Delivery will be made on a Team basis
MinneSalsa will schedule delivery on a Team basis, and will deliver to the Rec Center.
Upon pickup, Manager and/or Parent will pay MinneSalsa $60 per case ($180 for 3 cases).
 
  • MinneSalsa will write a check to the SAHA Team (once funds have cleared) in the amount of $30 per case, $90 per order.
