Lost/Missing Jerseys: There is a $50.00 fee for any jersey not returned or returned with damage beyond normal use. Make checks payable to S.A.H.A. (Jersey Replacement) and turn into your Team Manager who will turn it in with the other jerseys. Failure to pay will result in the jersey replacement fee being added to your next years registration.

Call Larry Osterman at 651-238-9708 or larrycosterman@gmail.com  to make arrangements to turn in game jerseys. Please do so ASAP as we need to start the process to prepare for next year. The early start allows for better pricing.
