TERMITE, JUNIOR GOLD & U19 
REGISTRATION IS NOW LIVE!!

• ALL players will be required to take part in an evaluation process/tryout and will pay a registration fee inclusive of the tryout fee.   ALL players, in their specific level, will take part in the skills evaluation and first scrimmage day.  They will advance or be cut through the tryout process.  For this reason, the tryout cost is included in the registration fee and there is no option of selecting AA/A tryouts.  
   
• Some levels will have an additional level fee. Level fees are collected by SAHA after teams are determined.
   
• Termites and Mites/U8s should review this page before continuing.
   
• FIRST YEAR players and PLAYERS NEW TO SAHA will be required to upload a copy of a government issued Birth Certificate on the 'Player/Parent Information' page of the registration in order to continue advancing through the registration process.
   
• Should finances be a hardship for your family, SAHA provides a limited amount of financial support to those who qualify. If financial assistance would be beneficial for your family, please complete the confidential 24-25 Financial Aid Application, submit it to financialaid@stillwaterhockey.net and wait for a response prior to completing registration.

• Regular Pricing: Aug. 5 - Aug. 21
• Late Registration: Aug. 22 - Sept. 2
  • $100 late fee on Regular pricing!
• No Registrations accepted after Sept. 2
• An additional level fee will be collected from players making a AA, A, or boys B1 team.

• Late Registration: Sept. 16 - Sept. 29

• An additional level fee will be collected from players making a Mite 3 or 4 or U8 3 or 4 team at a later date

Termites will be capped at one hundred skaters - Registration will remain open until the start of the program, or the program sells out. In the event the program sells out, a waiting list will be available.

• Registration: Sept. 30-Nov. 15 (JG) / Sept. 30-Nov. 3 (U19)
• Payment information will be entered at checkout.
• $250 will be due at the time of registration and a payment plan will be selected.
• An additional level fee will be collected from players making a JG A or JG B team at a later date.
• PER OUR REFUND POLICY, refunds of payments processed prior to the start of tryouts will be issued in full when cancellation notification is made prior to the first session of tryouts. Players trying out for and making a high school team should notify SAHA before the first tryout session.
