Registration

2023-24 Season Registration

SAHA is committed to the development of Stillwater Area hockey players.

 

Notes for 2023/24:

  • If your athlete is signed up for the AA/A tryouts and they don't make either team, they will still need to go through the B tryout process to get placed on a team (Bantams, Peewees, Squirts). There is one exception; players making it through the A scrimmage (Bantams and Peewees), but not placed on the A Team, will automatically be placed on a B1 team without going back through the B tryouts. This is subject to change based on numbers.
  • We will collect registration fees for Jr. Gold and U19 players after teams are made.

 

Each age group will have a base registration fee. When you register, you will have the option to pay the fee in full or elect to go through an online payment plan option.

Below is a chart that outlines potential "all in" fees (including registration fee, tryout fee and level fee).

Any members with unpaid fees from prior seasons will not be allowed to register for the current season until all prior fees are paid.

TRAVEL TEAMS REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Squirt/10U, Peewee/12U, and Bantam/U15 deadlines:

  • Early Bird Registration: July 25-Aug. 4
    • Save $50 on Regular pricing
  • Regular Pricing: Aug. 5 - Aug. 21
  • Late Registration: Aug. 22 - 26
    • $100 late fee on Regular pricing!
  • No Registrations accepted after Aug. 26

Tiered Tryout Fees

Tryout fees are not included in the registration fees. All players will tryout and/or be evaluated

  • Tryout fee of $95 will be due upon registration for those players who elect to tryout for the AA/A level for 10 U/Squirt-15 U/Bantam
  • Tryout/evaluation fee of $50 will be due upon registration for B level tryouts and C level evaluations

Mite/8U Registration

  • Registration: July 25 - Sept. 15
  • Late Registration: Sept. 16 - Sept. 29
    • $100 late fee on Registration

Termites (Co-Ed) | Sept. 29

Termites will be capped at 90 skaters this year. Skaters registering after the first 90 will be waitlisted if a spot opens up.

JR Gold / U19 Registration Information

*NEW THIS YEAR*

  • Payment information will be entered at checkout.
     
  • JGold will be required to go through a tryout process and therefore will pay a $95.00 tryout fee. 
     
  • A $95.00 tryout fee will only be collected from U19 if a tryout is necessary based on registration numbers.
     
  • NO FEES will be collected upfront.
    • Tryout fees will be processed 48 hours prior to tryouts
    • Registration fees will be processed over a two part payment plan on Nov. 24 and Dec. 24.
    • No fees will be collected from players making a HS Junior Varsity or Varsity team.
    • Should we not have the numbers to carry a U19 team, no fees will be collected.
